THE ROLE:

This fulltime opportunity will deliver technical expertise in mineral processing for Denison-led initiatives, with an emphasis on
metallurgical accounting of uranium, process optimization, and effluent treatment influencing the future direction of operations at
the Wheeler River Uranium Project – Phoenix Deposit.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The Metallurgist possess a comprehensive technical expertise in mineral processing, with a strong familiarity with the latest
advancements in mineral processing plant design. With an uncompromising commitment to safety, and robust technical and
organizational competencies, the Metallurgist brings a demonstrated capacity for effective collaboration and efficiency in team
settings, alongside a validated track record of successful problem-solving. Additional qualifications and attributes include:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, metallurgical engineering, or similar, and must be working toward or registered as a

P.Eng. through APEGS.

• A minimum of 4 years of uranium processing and water treatment experience from within the mining industry is preferred; In-

situ operations experience an asset.

• Direct experience with uranium production accounting and reconciliation, plant optimization, and effluent treatment systems is

preferred.

• Solid proficiency with office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite, accompanied by a willingness to learn and

use other technologies and software as required.

• Proficiency with SAP, SysCAD, and DCS or similar software is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical guidance to lead the design of mineral processing applications, including uranium processing, water treatment

and other operational processes.

• Develop, implement and coordinate laboratory testing programs and associated documentation and SOPs.
• Create process flow diagrams, design criteria, metallurgical balances, and prepare procurement documents to identify and plan

for material and technical requirements, ensuring technical accuracy and conformity to communicated standards and best
practices.

• Provide project and operational support for the metallurgical team through the systematic collection and analysis of test work,

metallurgical performance, and operational data.

• Conduct sampling from various stages of processing for laboratory analysis and testing, ensuring the maintenance of a clean,

safety, and systematically organized work environment that aligns to GLP and GDP principles.

by performing all responsibilities and tasks in accordance with the Company’s established policies, protocols, and Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Perform other duties as assigned or as may be required.

The successful candidate shall:

• Initially perform work activities out of Denison’s regional office in Saskatoon on a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional

travel to project sites situated in the Northern Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan.

• Be willing and able to travel more frequently and for extended durations to meet project demands during the construction

phase of the Wheeler River Project.

• Be willing and able to transition to a permanently site-based role on a rotational work schedule at a remote field camp in the

Northern Athabasca Basin once construction at the Wheeler River Project is complete.

• Be responsible for arranging their own travel to a designated pick-up point on-route from Denison’s warehouse in Saskatoon

to the Project site. Denison provides meals and lodging while at the Project site and all required PPE.

• Understand that this role is subject to background verification checks as part of the pre-employment screening process and

as required thereafter in accordance with company policy.

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
