THE ROLE:

There are 2 vacancies available for this fixed-term contract starting on or around March 1, 2025, with an anticipated term of
approximately 6 months.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

As part of the Technical Services Team 's efforts to advance our portfolio of uranium projects in the Northern Athabasca Basin,
the Field Geologist brings strong technical skills and progressive experience across all aspects of the mining life cycle, with
direct hands-on experience overseeing drilling operations. As a reliable, highly motivated, safety oriented, project-driven
geologist, the Field Geologist has solid organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility and demonstrated effectiveness in
collaborating with others to achieve results. Additional qualifications and attributes include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geological Engineering or equivalent from a recognized post-secondary institution is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience in mineral exploration or mining, preferably uranium, is preferred.
• Experience with GIS applications and 3D modelling packages (Leapfrog, Vulcan, Surpac, etc.) is preferred, along with office

productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, accompanied by a willingness to learn and use other
technologies and software as required.

• Solid organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

efficiently and effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills that support safe, collaborative and inclusive relationships with peers and contractors within a

remote workplace environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate, persuade and influence others.
• Adept at managing performance against key milestone deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset to adapt in a dynamic and changing

mandatory for most tasks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide field-based technical support including collecting, interpreting, and modelling field and subsurface data.
• Accurately log, photograph and sample drill core, including high-grade uranium mineralization.
• Collect hydrogeological data through pump and injection testing.
• Install downhole pressure monitoring devices.
• Ensure that all geoscientific data is collected accurately and stored appropriately.
• Coordinate drill pad and trail preparation, spotting and stopping holes, and rig moves.

Location: Saskatoon/Northern Saskatchewan

well as in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

• Exhibit best practices and behaviors related to both physical and psychological safety for oneself and colleagues by

performing all responsibilities and tasks in accordance with the Company’s established policies, protocols, and Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Perform other duties as assigned or as may be required.

The successful candidate shall:

• Be willing and able to regularly travel and work on a 16x12 rotation at a remote field camp in the Northern Athabasca

Basin. Denison shall provide meals and lodging while at the Project site and all required PPE.

• Be responsible for arranging their own travel to a designated pick-up point on-route from Denison’s warehouse in

Saskatoon to the various field program sites.

• Understand that this role has been designated as a safety-sensitive position and is therefore subject to background

checks and drug and alcohol testing as part of the pre-employment screening process and as required thereafter in
accordance with company policy.

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
