The primary purpose of the Nuclear Medicine Fusion Imaging Technologist I position is to perform a variety of technical procedures and exams that utilize radionuclides for the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine (Bachelorβs degree or Associateβs Degree). Current New Jersey license in Nuclear Medicine Technology required and either Diagnostic Radiography or Fusion Imaging required. Five (5) years of clinical nuclear medicine experience required. Current ARRT or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology and either Diagnostic Radiography or Computed Tomography (i.e., RT(CT) or NMTCB(CT) required. Annual fit testing is required. Must maintain valid certification by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR.
