Program Summary

KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.

Job Summary

The WRM Fleet Management & Analysis Assistant serves as the focal point for all vehicle requirements and needs to accomplish the Air Force mission, to include, all tasks associated with the Vehicle Fleet Management duties over all the Government owned War Readiness Material (WRM) vehicle fleet.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must coordinate vehicle requirements with all Headquarter (HQ) Bases using programs such as the LIMS-EV Vehicle View Transition Request Tool /TRT, Defense Property Accountability System /DPAS, Basing Logistics Analytics Date Environment/BLADE, and all other programs used to manage the Air Force War Readiness Material (WRM) vehicle Fleet. 
  • Performs in accordance with procedures and guidelines established for the effective operation of the vehicle control, fleet analysis, quality assurance, and reportable equipment management programs
  • Maintains vehicle authorization and assignment records
  • Provide analysis data to ensure economical and efficient vehicle fleet usage 
  • Consolidate and prepare input for the operating and maintenance budget to repair vehicles 
  • Develops base vehicle priority buy program, Mission Essential Level vehicle requirements (MEL), priority recall list, and ensures unit specific rotation plans are carried out to facilitate economical and equal use of vehicles to maximize vehicle life expectancy 
  • Must train unit Vehicle Control Officials/VCOs, attend and coordinate meetings, and brief Base leadership on the status and condition of the vehicle fleet
  • Must maintain accurate vehicle inventories, track, and send reports to the proper agencies
  • Must maintain and administer Required Reports in a timely manner and coordinate issuance of Vehicle fuel consumption criteria for Government owned or leased vehicles
  • Must manage the vehicle waiver program and facilitate Vehicle Validation (VVV) requirements when required 
  • Must evaluate and monitor the WRM Fleet nuclear certified vehicle/NCE surety program 
  • Must manage the Air Force license plates and registration program for vehicle fleet
  • Manage day-to-day activities to ensure all vehicle units that require vehicles, have the right-sized vehicle, and the adequate vehicle type to accomplish the Air Force mission.
  • Facilitate completion of Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), and Service Bulletins (SB) requirements to meet deadlines and requirements In Accordance With (IAW) Air Force guidelines and instructions
  • Prepare reports, collect data, and process forms to receive, ship, disposition, and to rotate WRM vehicles within the Air Force fleet.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook to complete reports, forms, etc and to communicate with customers and coworkers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must have at least three years’ experience as an administrative worker
  • Ability to speak, read, and write the English language at a level 2 (B2)
  • Must have a host nation or equivalent driver’s permit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five years of experience in office administrative work
  • Experience in vehicle Fleet Management duties
