Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

What you will be doing

With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:

  • Perform strength, life and integrity assessments for rotating Critical Parts.
  • Utilize thermo-mechanical FEM to perform stress analyses.
  • Define engine and component tests to demonstrate component life and integrity.
  • Support fleet management of critical parts and in-service investigations
  • Prepare certification and qualification reports.
  • Evaluate component deviations.
  • Contribute to stress and lifing methods development and their implementation.
  • Support Research and Technology projects.

Who we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Hold an engineering degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field,

  • Bring proven expertise in FEM analysis and the ability to evaluate results effectively,

  • Be proficient in solid mechanics, as well as stress and fatigue analysis,

  • Possess basic knowledge of methods for component life assessment and declaration (advantageous but not essential),

  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively across various disciplines,

  • Have a strong command of both written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an asset.
