Job Title: Repair Officer

Working Pattern: Full-time

Job Location: London (site based)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Repair Officer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all component repair, be responsible for ensuring the turnaround times (TAT) are met and budgets are tracked and not exceeded.

What you will be doing.

Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance [RRPF] was established as a separate business in 1989 by Rolls-Royce and its financial partners to help aircraft leasing companies extract the maximum residual value of their engines as a purchaser and lessor of their installed engines as well as provider of used engines for exchange. In this role you will:

  • Manage repair operations, including scheduling, resource allocation and quality control.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyse repair performance.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure price reductions and improved TATs.
  • Support our technical with review of certifications and scrap activities.
  • Support our shipping team and logistics service provider.
  • Manage repair budgets and costs to ensure profitability.

Who we’re looking for

  • Ideally degree qualified in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in supply chain or repair operations
  • Strong understanding of repair process or supply chain management and aerospace industry standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in operating software applications (e.g. ERP systems, repair management tools, MS Office)
