Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

What you will be doing

  • Development of new cost-effective repair solutions including coordination and execution of repair projects
  • Creation of project plans in close consultation of internal and external customers and project stakeholders as well as creation of standardisation reports for the approval of repair solutions and technical approval of those reports
  • Definition of the technical requirements for a repair process and it’s implementation into an approved repair station
  • Checking of repair solution standardisation reports for compliance with certification requirements (CS-E) and approval (CVE)
  • Work closely with our engineering service suppliers across a global network

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor / Master technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, production, design, etc.) and practical experience with regard to manufacturing, repair or overhaul of aerospace gas turbine engines or similar
  • Solid experience with regard to component design processes, methods and tools as well as manufacturing methods and the engine, subsystem and components
  • Good understanding about the responsibilities and scope of a Part21J Design Organisation and Part145 Repair Station
  • Solid IT-skills (MS Office, Kanbanize, Databases, PowerBi, TeamCenter, SAP)
  • Very good communication skills and working in multidisciplinary teams and fluent English skills – writing and speaking
