QA Inspector - 3D Analysis
2nd OR 3rd Shift

Pascagoula, MS

As the QA Inspector you will perform dimensional inspections and determine acceptability against standards or specifications utilizing scanning and tracking equipment, perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and visual inspections on in-process and finished components.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform dimensional inspections with scanning/tracking equipment and determine acceptability utilizing 3D dimensional analysis software.
  • Provide supporting documentation for manufacturing engineering.
  • Report to department supervisor, results of in-process and final inspections.
  • Inspect and report non-conformances of purchased goods.
  • Review quality documentation for currency or relevance and update accordingly.
  • Perform in-process audits on the foundry, finishing, and machining departments to ensure compliance with processes and policies.

Basic Requirements:

  • H.S. graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or inspection experience
  • Knowledge and use of standard measuring and test equipment.
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs (i.e., MS Word and Excel)
  • In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship

Preferred Requirements:

  • Laser Tracking/Scanning experience (FARO/Leica/Surphaser).
  • PolyWorks Inspector and PolyWorks Modeler software experience
  • Experience in Non Destructive Testing methods and procedures
  • Finishing and Machine Shop background.
