Position Summary






Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Resource Tools Professional providing support to the NC3 Contract and specifically the NC Division. 

 

The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, with an operating location at Kirtland AFB, NM. The NC3 Directorate’s mission is to provide support to the Program Executive Office (PEO), the Deputy Director, Deputy AFPEO NC3 and staff for acquisition and administrative control of all NC divisions, branches, and programs. It consists of an Executive Section, Engineering (EN), Financial Management (FM), Operations Management (OM), Information Protection (IP), Contracts (PK), Cyber, Logistics (LG), the Program Execution Group (PEG) and Intelligence (IN).

 

This candidate shall be a Certified Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) Administrator required to manage the CCaR System software package that supports the unique funding, planning, and reporting requirements of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) located at Kirtland AFB, Tinker AFB, Hill AFB, Eglin AFB, and Hanscom AFB.

 

This is a full time position located at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, NM.









Responsibilities






The candidate shall ensure the CCaR database is properly configured and managed, to include the following tasks:

  • Functional and Technical Support: The candidate will be the primary PMRT and CCaR expert within the AFNWC and be responsible for accomplishing all tasks that must be done on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis to ensure the system is available for use by the AFNWC.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all required/recommended tasks and execute them without government direction.
  • Ensure the database is configured properly to meet the reporting requirements outlined in AFI 63-201/20-101 Integrated Life Cycle Management and the SAF/AQ Program Creation and Reporting Guide.
  • Keep the government informed of PMRT and CCaR system updates, pending system changes, and policy changes that may result in the government having to change processes.
  • Lead/participate in discussions with the appropriate government personnel on how to implement/configure PMRT and CCaR features to provide the best support of AFNWC business goals.
  • Analyze government proposed CCaR business process approval flows, budget definitions, business rules, user privileges, custom fields, definable general data fields, and other processes in CCaR to ensure they will work within the system.
    • If the candidate determines that CCaR can’t support the requested change or there is a better way of doing what the government wants, the candidate will provide those findings to the government for evaluation.
  • Adjust PMRT and CCaR system capabilities by tailoring, updating, and/or changing the database structure when the AFNWC business processes, procedures, or requirements necessitate.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

 

Minimum Required Qualifications

ClearanceMust have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

Education: BA/BS Degree or MA/MS Degree

Years of Experience: 3-10 years of experience

Travel: Occasional travel based on the needs of the program
