Cameco Fuel Manufacturing is seeking a Full-Time Finishing Operator to support our Cobourg facility. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Tubing Supervisor.

Position and Responsibilities

Position typically involves the following activities:

• Transferring of tubing to and from furnace baskets
• Running the Polisher
• Operating the Convay
• Packing of product
• Operation of waste treatment and de-ionized water systems
• Cleaning of equipment and debris/standing liquid from the work area.
• Entry of information into the Manufacturing Information System (MIS).
• Working on the production Wash Line
• Operating the Centorr and Abar furnaces

Education and Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong trouble shooting abilities.
