Qualification : Masters in Hospital Administration

Experience: 3.00 yrs to 10.00 yrs

Location : Mumbai (Charni Road)

Job Description:

• Collect feedback from patients and resolve any queries related to clinical departments
• Resolving daily operational issues raised by Visiting Consultants / Directors for the allocated department
• To assist in implementing new hospital policies and processes in the above clinical departments
• To assist in implementing new hospital policies and processes in the above clinical departments
• To analyze data from clinical departments and suggest measures to improve the process
• To check if referrals are raised in the system and communicated to respective departments on time
• To check if referrals are raised in the system and communicated to respective departments on time
• To check if investigations and other clinical orders are raised timely and appropriately in the system

Solving query of customers and should possess good communication skills and should be presentable.
