Rolls-Royce offers an exciting opportunity to join as the Head of Operations IT Solutions Delivery within the Engineering & Manufacturing IT team within Digital & IT. This role leads a high performing global internal & external team on delivering IT capability for Manufacturing Execution and Shop Floor and Test Bed Systems. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President - Engineering & Manufacturing IT Solutions
The Head of Operations IT Solution Delivery is an exciting and varied role focused on the manufacturing and test bed IT arena and is accountable for delivering a portfolio of world class capability solutions meeting business requirements whilst aligning to the overall IT strategy and total cost targets.
To be successful in this role you need to be able to manage and influence senior business leaders as well as work closely with a range of Engineering, Manufacturing and IT professionals.
The role will require an individual with the ability to flex their communication style depending on the audience, be a strong influencer with a focus on maximising Business Value, have an ability to tell a story and paint the picture to ensure buy in and advocacy at all levels. The role leads a global team comprising internal and external resources and therefore requires a person with excellent leadership skills to nurture and grow the talent
