  • Be expected to take full ownership for long term roadmaps for all technology areas (including thermal hydraulic, high fidelity measurement, acoustic, component, shock, EC&I, physics, materials and secondary propulsion testing) and for both new and existing test facilities, including their delivery.
  • There may also be opportunities to engage with external organisations and in research projects at our University Technology Centres, particularly in relation to fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and novel experimental measurement techniques in the near-term, and potentially in other areas in the future.

  • Ability to work flexibly, both as an individual and closely with other team members.
  • Ability to work to Rolls-Royce company processes in order to ensure quality of output; and to Health, Safety and Environmental rules and legislation.
