About the Role:
We are seeking a Electrical Supervisor to oversee operations within a nuclear facility. We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our electrical maintenance efforts, ensuring safe and reliable operations in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Electrical Maintenance Teams: Oversee the implementation of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Conduct Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the functionality of critical electrical systems.
• Lead Troubleshooting Efforts: Resolve electrical system issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in relevant fields, including 5 years in nuclear power plant maintenance.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
