Position Description






Serco is excited to begin support to the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) program.  The mission of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) is to provide USMC personnel and authorized customers with exceptional service through facilities from which to efficiently acquire and turn in clean and serviceable items of Individual Combat Clothing and Equipment (ICCE), Special Training Allowance Pool (STAP), Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRN-D) equipment, Soft-Walled Shelters and Camouflage Netting (SWS & CN), and issue NonDestructive Testing and Evaluation Armor Inspection System (NDTE-AIS).

As a pivotal component of the USMC Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) team, you'll be part of a critical support effort to forward deployed CSP stakeholders such as the Fleet Marine Forces (FMFs), Training and Education Command (TECOM), Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM), United States Marine Corps Reserve (MARFORRES), Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC), and Marine Corps Forces Command (MARFORCOM).  Serco will provide management and operational services for the CSP network of facilities in Japan.  These roles are critical in maintaining inventory accountability, Total Asset Visibility (TAV), warehousing, laundry, repair and total lifecycle management of equipment.  Your position on the team demands a desire for supporting forward deployed troops and meeting their operational and training needs through issuing, receiving and maintaining all support equipment requirements.

As a member of the Serco CSP Team, you will work with a group of professionals with various levels of expertise in warehousing and support functions. Positions supporting CSP operations offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for those passionate about supporting forward deployed Marines and impacting their capability to effectively train and maintain maximum operational readiness.

 









Qualifications






To be successful in this role, you will have:    

  • These full-time, on-site roles require the ability to pass a NACI (Tier 1) clearance to access US Government facilities and systems.
  • Non-U.S. Citizen/local nationals permitted, but must pass favorable background check and have the ability to qualify for a Government ID.
  • Relocation assistance may be available.
