About the role:

Customer Engagement: Analyze incoming customer requests and devise strategic response plans.

Technical Reporting: Synthesize complex technical design information from diverse areas into comprehensive reports, adhering to quality standards.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work autonomously to liaise with various engineering teams and departments, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables.

Scope & Estimation: Define project scope, schedules, and engineering hour estimates in response to customer RFQs, integrating input from all relevant engineering disciplines.

Leadership & Communication: Lead presentations and articulate technical solutions to both business units and customers, ensuring clarity and confidence.

Bid & Proposal Support: Contribute to future bid and proposal efforts across Europe, driving our success in the new build market.

Team Support: Work closely with the Project Engineering Manager and Design Technical Lead as needed, ensuring seamless project execution.
About you:
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Nuclear, Mechanical, or Power Engineering.
- Networking Abilities: Skilled in building effective cross-functional relationships within an organization.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English, with Bulgarian language skills considered an advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and its application in engineering contexts.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, with up to 25% travel required during peak project phases.
