Senior Leaders within Smart Asset Management, Sweden

Capgemini Invent, the digital innovation, consulting and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, is looking for Senior Leaders to continue the growth in business and capabilities around our Smart Asset offering.

As a leader within Smart Asset, you will focus on developing offerings and capabilities able to help our Asset Owner Operator, and EPC, clients. Focus of our offer is to realize the benefits of digitalization across the entire asset lifecycle from project development, EPC, operations/maintenance and decommissioning/ recycling towards multiple clients within energy & utilities, process industries, EPCs, transport etc.

More specific, we support our clients to optimize their asset/project portfolio, increase scalability, reduce time from construction to operation, enhance operational performance (i.e. productivity, reliability and uptime, cost, safety, sustainability) to maximize asset life cycle value and be able to define & execute their commitment for the sustainability of these assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and grow market-leading capabilities around Smart Asset.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Be part of a global network where you give/gain knowledge and capabilities to support on our value proposition, go to market and delivery.
• Work together with our clients and our global, cross-discipline expertise to set ambitious and realistic target states, roadmaps and results.
• Implement new ways of working, manage digital transformation programs and secure business benefits in collaboration with our clients.
• Develop your knowledge and gain project experience in current and future relevant technology solutions from different vendors and across multiple industries.
• Lead projects and/or act as a subject matter expert in various project settings.
• Be a role model for our colleagues.

The person we want to invite to join our mission has:

• 10+ years in management consulting or a combination of technical consulting and management roles within domains such as utilities (wind, grid and nuclear), plants (process industry) and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to establish new offerings and capabilities in a consulting environment.
• Strong business acumen with experience in sales and business development.
• A solid understanding of trends and challenges on development, operations, and maintenance of infrastructure assets.
• An established network within the asset domain at relevant clients across different Asset Intensive industries.
• Experience in one or more of the following domains: Asset Lifecycle Management, Operations Management, Enterprise Asset Management/maintenance, Asset Information Management & digital twins etc.
• Excellent team spirit, high performance and passion to learn and develop your skills further.
• A Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Valid work permit for Sweden.
• Fluency in English and Swedish mandatory.

Location

In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you can be based in either of our attractively located offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö, with readiness to travel to our clients’ sites when needed.
