Job Purpose

John Cockerill Hydrogen (JCH2) has Global footprints and to supports its International and domestic operations we are looking for a REX Owner (return of experience and continuous improvement manager) to be based in Mumbai (India) office.


 


 


Key Responsibilities


 



  • Lead and manage the Return on experience (REX) functions of all the ongoing projects, manufacturing units and project sites.

  •  

  • Develop and maintain the REX processes and other relevant management process linked to REX.

  • Collaborate with engineering, project, Quality control, Inspection, HSE, sites installation teams, manufacturing units (Giga factories) and internal and external other stakeholders to identify deficiencies, deviations, violations, operational failures etc. from the prescribed benchmarks and project specifications.

  • Develop and maintain a REX data base  to register the identified issues in structured manner

  • Review and analyze all the relevant reports, collected data, and interact with all the stakeholders to identify common deficiency trends, root causes, and recurring issues/incidents.

  • Organize and lead the meeting with all concerned to address the issue, find the remedy and opportunity of further improvement. Update the REX data base accordingly.

  • Create a road map to implement and disseminate the findings of REX in all the impacted engineering/projects/manufacturing/HSE/QC/Sites etc.

  • Develop the SOP to monitor the implementation and effectiveness of REX findings in all the existing and future projects.

  • Interface between configuration and core H2 engineering teams to facilitate following.



  • Change management

  • Part numbering process

  • Document numbering process



  • Work with the learning and development department to incorporate REX insights into ongoing training programs.


 



  • Capable of interpreting and understanding various reports relevant to REX. Ability to work safely in a demanding work environment. In critical situations, the ability to be flexible with work hours and assignments.

  • Detail oriented and outstanding organization skills.

  • Team working ability.


 


Education and Experience


 



  • Engineering Graduates or any other equivalent qualification.


 



  • 10 to 15 years’ experience in similar roles of any industrial sector.


 



  • Experience of working on multi discipline projects, exposure to various business process and management systems.


 



  • Good understanding of organization structure.


 



  • Ability to coordinate and interact within a multinational environment involving professionals working at various Hierarchies.


 



  • Good command over MS office tool.


 



  • Exposure of working with Multinational companies is preferred.


 



  • Proficiency in English (Written / spoken) and basic exposure of French language is an advantage.
