Your Education Should Be…

Required skills and qualifications.


 



  • Relevant degree within Engineering / Business Experience from similar role of 7-10  years coupled with broad experience of Aftermarket business within engineered rotating products viz. Fans , Blowers etc and in managing sales in Cement & General Industries

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

  • Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and Internet search methods

  • Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR

  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)

  • Analyses the effectiveness of recruitment techniques

Responsibilities


 



  • The Regional Sales Manager shall drive business growth and profitability for Fans After Market Segment within the region which comprises mainly new machines, Spares, Retrofits, Services / Annual Maintenance Contracts / Long Term Service Agreements, Repairs and digital solution.

  • Proactive management of the customer base to obtain customer RFQ’s, to position Howden as a preferred supplier and to drive profitable growth of bookings.

  • Promote / Market Howden Products & Solutions to existing as well as develop new customers / markets.

  • Communicate Market Expectations from End-users as well as competitors / other OEM’s information & define the strategy to increase the penetration.

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.

  • Development, improvement and monitoring of Funnel and Order Conversion Ensure Regular visits to Customers & Review New Enquiry Generation. Identify the Key Accounts and allocate the same within the team.

  • Ensure On time response to customer RFQ, TQC and others. Ensure SOX Processes are followed and accuracy of data in the CRM system is maintained.

  • Clearly communicate the Expectations & provide timely Reports via regular review calls.

  • Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other designations.


Your Professional Experience Should Be…

Preferred skills and qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • Experience in developing End customer.

  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.

  • Preferably from Cement Industry experience.
