Project manager 8 to 12 Months Contract

Background:

Group staff digitization helps the businesses in their procurement, development and implementation of IT services. The Project and Change Management unit, within the Project and Development department, runs projects to strategically follow the region's digitization journey and global technological development. The department is also the party within VGR that follows up and quality ensures IT deliveries in projects and assignments.

Within the Project and Change Management unit, there are project and change managers to drive digitization projects that are initiated from needs within VGR's various administrations. Primarily, the unit supports new development projects, but there are also projects where existing systems are further developed or where skills are called upon from supplier contacts.

Today, VGR has an archaic way of handling radiopharmaceuticals within the nuclear medicine radiopharmaceutical lab. A working method that does not support patient safety, working methods for affected employees or requirements from the Radiation Protection Agency and the Medical Products Agency.

VGR has procured a system (IBC Hotlab) that intends to become a unified and integrated system for registration and handling of radioactive drugs, this will in the long run increase patient safety and provide increased traceability as manual handling will be avoided.

Consult profile:

In addition to his technical knowledge, the consultant is expected to be committed, driven and responsive. The consultant should be non-prestigious and easily able to listen to several parties, but also be able to share his experience and ideas.

Shell requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager and business developer for digitization projects

• Good experience in leading virtual competence teams including work with digital tools such as Microsoft365

• Very good ability to document and present complex information in Swedish to a varied audience

• Be very driven and be comfortable making decisions to move the project forward.

• Swedish citizenship to be able to be security classified if necessary

• Experience of IT projects in the public sector

• Good ability to communicate in English

Meritorious:

• Experience in IT project management of digitization projects in healthcare

• Good knowledge of agile working methods
