THE WORK
Collaborate to understand business processes and configure IBM Maximo to meet requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including designs and implementations.
Customize, test, and deploy Maximo throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Develop and maintain integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
Analyze workflows and recommend optimizations or enhancements to improve efficiency within Maximo.
Provide training sessions and create documentation on Maximo functionalities and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring ongoing system performance and support.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
Must reside in Mexico or be open to relocating to Mexico.
5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, preferably in Supply Chain or Nuclear industries.
Extensive experience in Maximo configuration, customization, and administration.
Proficiency with Maximo Integration Framework, Maximo Object Structures, and Rules Configurations.
Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, XML, and SQL for Maximo customization.
Deep understanding of WebSphere Architecture and Maximo data structures.
Ability to translate technical details into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
