Deputy Program Manager

Qualis LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead upcoming Army work in White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. As a Deputy Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing diverse engineering and technical teams to provide professional and technical services for various programs. You will work closely with the Government and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while meeting customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Nuclear, Aeronautical, or Network) and/or Business from an accredited college or university.

• 5 years of demonstrated engineering and management experience on DoD contracts or projects with organizational responsibilities of a similarly complex nature and financial scope. Possess experience working on and demonstrated leadership responsibilities on at least two large projects or programs utilizing mechanical, computer, electrical and electronics engineering disciplines.

• Experience reviewing and approving the work of project managers, engineers, support staff and contract administrative personnel.

• One (1) year of experience demonstrating knowledge of the DoD acquisition process specifically related to the test career field.

• U.S. Citizens who possess or are able to obtain and maintain a top-secret level clearance in accordance with DoD regulations.
