- Willingness to actively learn new area and efficient in time management
- Understanding of different commercial processes employed by various customers in Japan, and plan and allocate resource/efforts accordingly to optimize internal and external commercial document preparation
- Understanding of general commercial and legal terms of contracting and NDAs
- Communicate and negotiate with Legal internally in US and externally
- Practical and some fundamental knowledge of engineering principles and techniques, nuclear fuel and nuclear fuel cycle
- Capable of understanding of Intelligence / voice of customers along with Westinghouse position and capability and reflect it into promotional process (engineering and commercial approach)
- Capable of written and verbal communication in Japanese and English
- Host and facilitate meetings internally and externally including translation as needed
