You will be mainly in charge of global legal affairs. ・Conclusion of the contract in English ・Identifying potential legal risk from the product planning phase ・Investigating foreign law and taking measures ・Construction of global legal system You will be also engaged in operations related to intellectual property strategy and management. ・Formulation of intellectual property strategy ・Applying for an international patent and management
・English level (CEFR B2 level or more) ・Experience in legal affairs in a global company (more than 3 years) ・or experience in legal affairs/intellectual property operation in a law firm/patent attorney office (more than 2 years) ・Understanding our corporate vision, mission, and value ・Taking action on your own initiative ・Actively engaging in improvement of business operations
・Lawyer license/patent attorney license ・Management experience of legal department in a global company
